In this context, we take pride in announcing that our very own Dr. Reem Al Shaiba has recently received a Master’s of Aesthetics and Restorative Dentistry from the University of Manchester, becoming the first Bahraini dentist to receive such a specialized certification in this field from this prestigious University.
Despite her young age, Dr. Reem is one of the renowned names in the field of cosmetic and restorative dentistry in the region, and she is the owner of Aesthetica Dental Center. She is proactively pursuing continuing professional development by equipping herself through training courses and certifications from dental healthcare leaders and innovators around the world.
On the occasion, Dr. Reem was honored by His Excellency Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Kingdom. Dr. Reem was received at the Kingdom’s Embassy in London, where she was congratulated by HE the Ambassador, who appreciated her efforts dedicated to the development of the dental healthcare sector in Bahrain and congratulated her on the notable achievement.
It’s worth noting that the Master’s of Aesthetics and Restorative Dentistry obtained by Dr. Reem contributes to the improvement of the field of cosmetic and restorative dentistry not only in Bahrain, but also across the GCC, reinforcing the Kingdom’s leading position as a hub for topnotch medical services in the region.
In addition to the abovementioned accomplishment, Dr. Reem’s credentials and certifications include Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS) & Specialization in aesthetics and restorative dentistry from the University of Manchester, Digital Smile design certificate from Germany, membership of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and being awarded as the top Invisalign diamond provider in Bahrain, among other prominent qualifications and certifications.
